Customer responsibility

Please provide accurate inventory details where possible and flag any hazards, damaged batteries, or restricted-access sites before pickup is booked.

Data destruction

When destruction or sanitization services are included, EWaste Kochi follows the documented workflow agreed for the engagement. Certificates and reports are issued according to the booked service type.

Buyback and valuation

Indicative values may change after physical inspection, specification verification, condition grading, battery health checks, and market fluctuations affecting resale demand.
